Job summary

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in talent management, learning & development, and organizational development.
Strong understanding of competency frameworks, succession planning, and leadership development.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
Dubai/UAE passport holders only.

Responsibilities

Design and implement talent development learning and succession planning programs
Identify organizational capability gaps and develop initiatives to enhance workforce performance
