Job summary

Advance Solutions Corporation seeks a dynamic leader to head the Sales & Alliances division for the Middle East, based in Dubai. The role drives revenue by guiding Senior Account Executives and Business Development personnel to identify and close ServiceNow opportunities across the region.

You will shape growth strategy with the SVP of Global Sales & Alliances and coordinate with ServiceNow sales leaders to develop robust territory plans, ensuring high activity levels and strict KPI adherence.

Qualifications

• Fluent Arabic with deep knowledge of Middle East markets.
• Based in Dubai, UAE.
• 5+ years in sales, business development, and GTM strategy, preferably within ServiceNow ecosystem.
• 5+ years in a sales leadership role with proven success in leading others.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the Middle East using ServiceNow knowledge and local market insights.
• Lead and support a sales and business development team proficient in ServiceNow, ADVANCE products, and professional services.
• Leverage existing connections and build strategic relationships with key business leaders and ServiceNow stakeholders.
• Apply enterprise software sales experience to create and implement effective sales strategies in a matrixed organization.
• Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns and identify new lead-generation channels for designated verticals.
• Build, manage and inspire a dispersed team, fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment.
• Collaborate with pre-sales to define customer requirements, demonstrations, proposals and statements of work.
• Manage performance and accountability through KPI monitoring and forecasting in Salesforce.
