Job summary
Ameera Talent Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Delivery Manager in the United Arab Emirates to oversee service delivery and client engagements. The role requires deep ServiceNow expertise, ITSM knowledge, and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across projects.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in English (Arabic a plus) and bring regional experience in the UAE or Middle East to drive continuous delivery improvements and strong stakeholder management.
Qualifications
- Strong ServiceNow delivery and implementation experience with technical depth.
- ITSM knowledge across the platform is essential.
- ITIL certification is beneficial for process excellence.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is advantageous.
- Experience in UAE or wider Middle East is valuable.
