Job summary

Ameera Talent Solutions is recruiting a Director to build and lead a ServiceNow Centre of Excellence for Abu Dhabi and the wider GCC. You will define platform standards, governance, and reusable assets while growing capability through hiring and certification programs.

The role requires senior ServiceNow leadership with the ability to engage executives, manage client relationships, and drive pre-sales and delivery quality across the GCC region.

Qualifications

• Senior ServiceNow leadership experience, preferably building or leading a CoE.
• Broad knowledge of ITSM and wider IT modules.
• Strong client-facing and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the ServiceNow Centre of Excellence for Abu Dhabi and the GCC.
• Define platform standards, governance, best practice and reusable assets.
• Grow capability through hiring, certification paths and knowledge sharing.
• Support pre-sales and solutioning for strategic clients.
• Partner with delivery leaders to raise quality and consistency.
