Job summary
Carrier is seeking a dynamic Service Modernization Solution Leader, based in Dubai, to drive modernization initiatives across Middle East entities. This regional leader will shape solutions, engage customers, and support local sales teams, delivering value, profitable growth, and differentiated service offerings.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field with relevant Middle East modernization experience.
- Ability to assess installed equipment and develop modernization solutions.
- Willingness to travel across the Middle East; Arabic is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the modernization strategy across Middle East entities in line with business priorities.
- Lead definition of modernization roadmaps and create differentiated technical-commercial solutions and business cases.
- Collaborate with country service and sales teams to identify opportunities and strengthen pipeline forecasts.
- Build scalable tools, playbooks, and governance; provide training and deal support for modernization execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track bookings, margins, and conversion, driving timely action.
