Job summary

TASC Outsourcing is seeking a Lead to oversee service operations across the Middle East, driving performance, efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.

You will supervise service planning, scheduling, and delivery, develop the service team, manage key accounts, and handle escalated issues to protect service quality and commercial outcomes.

This role requires strong leadership, budgets and KPI management, and excellent stakeholder communication.
