Job summary

Anker Innovations in Dubai seeks an MEA Regional Retail Trainer to elevate product knowledge, sales techniques, and display standards for promoters, supervisors, and client staff across the MEA region, including UAE.

Based in UAE, you will develop materials, deliver training, assess outcomes, and travel to key markets as needed, collaborating with country retail teams to ensure consistent implementation and measurable sales impact.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Arabic (written + spoken).
• 2+ years in retail training or terminal sales management in electronics.
• Proficient in course development and delivering training.
• Familiar with offline retail scenarios and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize the MEA regional retail training system (product knowledge, sales scripts, display standards, service processes).
• Develop standardized training materials, videos, and assessment question banks.
• Establish an online learning resource library to support self-directed learning across all country teams.
• For Supervisors: Coaching methods, store visit standards, team management capability enhancement.
• For Client Store Staff: Product knowledge, brand story, key selling points.
• Design training assessment mechanisms (online exams + offline practical evaluations).
• Establish a promoter/store staff certification system and track pass rates.
• Regularly review training effectiveness and correlate with sales data analysis.

Job Description

As the MEA Regional Retail Trainer, you will provide comprehensive training support to retail teams across the entire MEA region (including UAE, Lebanon, KSA, Egypt, South Africa, India, Asia, and other countries). Through a systematic training framework, you will enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and display standards for promoters, supervisors, and client store staff, ultimately driving terminal sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training System Development & Optimization

• Design and continuously optimize the MEA regional retail training system (product knowledge, sales scripts, display standards, service processes)
• Develop standardized training materials, videos, and assessment question banks
• Establish an online learning resource library to support self-directed learning across all country teams

2. Training Execution

• For Supervisors: Coaching methods, store visit standards, team management capability enhancement
• For Client Store Staff: Product knowledge, brand story, key selling points

3. Assessment & Certification

• Design training assessment mechanisms (online exams + offline practical evaluations)
• Establish a promoter/store staff certification system and track pass rates
• Regularly review training effectiveness and correlate with sales data analysis

4. Regional Support & Enablement

• Based in UAE, provide online support for daily training needs in other countries
• Travel to key countries for centralized training sessions as business requires
• Collaborate with country retail MKT teams and supervisors to ensure training implementation

5. Content Iteration

• Track market feedback and competitor dynamics to continuously optimize training content
• Extract excellent frontline cases to form replicable best practices

Requirements:

Must-Have

• Fluent in English and Arabic (written + spoken)
• 2+ years of experience in retail training or terminal sales management (consumer electronics/home appliances industry preferred)
• Strong capability in course development and training delivery
• Familiar with offline retail scenarios (promoter management, display standards, sales processes)
• Proficient in online training tools and video conferencing systems

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in multi-country/cross-regional training
• Knowledge of ANKER brand and product lines
• Data analysis skills to validate training effectiveness
