Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver training for fulfillment center process paths in line with MEATR standards and operational requirements.
- Act as a supervisor and coach for instructors and peer trainers during new hire training activities.
- Deliver instructor training, conduct observations, and provide coaching to ensure training quality and consistency.
- Maintain accurate and updated training records through the training console and related systems.
- Ensure MEATR training materials are available, current, and delivered according to approved standards.
- Create a positive learning experience for new hires by using clear communication, structured delivery, and practical examples.
- Use daily training data to evaluate new hire learning experience, identify gaps, and improve training effectiveness.
- Provide constructive feedback to instructors and peer trainers on delivery quality and new hire group performance.
- Ensure all required tests, audits, assessments, and training responses are completed, documented, and tracked.
- Organize instructor assignments and monitor cross‑training plans to support operational peak skill requirements.
- Work with operations teams to maintain skill matrix visibility and highlight gaps in critical role training.
- Support operations with the delivery of critical role training where additional workforce readiness is required.
- Gather feedback from learners, trainers, and operations teams to improve training processes and content delivery.
- Analyze training results and performance data to recommend practical improvements to learning quality and production outcomes.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of instructors and peer trainers.
- Attend required meetings and provide accurate updates, training metrics, and information to relevant stakeholders.
- Partner with agency managers to improve new hire performance, engagement, and readiness for operational roles.
- Support MEATR‑level training projects by providing feedback, operational insight, and improvement suggestions.
- Work flexible schedules or shifts according to fulfillment center training and operational needs.
Ideal Profile
- Experience in training delivery, learning coordination, operations training, fulfillment center training, warehouse training, or workforce development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present clearly to new hires, trainers, and operations teams.
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to coach instructors and peer trainers while maintaining consistent training standards.
- Comfortable analyzing training data, learner feedback, test results, and operational performance indicators.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, records, training materials, and multiple training groups.
- Ability to work closely with operations leaders, agency managers, instructors, peer trainers, and new hire groups.
- Fluency in English for speaking, reading, and writing is preferred.
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Flexible approach to working shifts and schedules in a fulfillment center environment.
