Job summary

Flip retail in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Product Trainer to design, deliver, and upgrade training modules for furnishings and accessories across Retail, Warehouse and Office verticals.

You will evaluate training needs, coordinate with internal stakeholders, develop an annual training strategy, and contribute to e-learning content while maintaining training records and measuring impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of item training experience in the same or related area.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PPT/Visio), video editing, e-learning & content production platforms.
• Knowledge of training cycle, methodologies, design and LMS.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, planning, public speaking and written communication skills.
• Self-driven, positive, creative, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs evaluation for all verticals.

• Draw up annual training strategy/calendar for Retail, Warehouse and Office.
• Develop or contribute to e-learning content for the division.
• Maintain and update training data sources and trackers.
• Ensure timely completion of training records and feedback summaries.
• Assess participant progress and training impact (Kirkpatrick approach).
• Identify best practices and existing training methods to improve staff training.
• Support HR projects and assignments as needed.

Examine participant efficiency and progress (GAP Evaluation).

Analyse the training Influence for components performed (Kirkpatrick Version).

Expertise, Skills & Competencies Required
