Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience in Foodservice/Commercial Kitchen tech industry.
• Experience selling across Middle East and Africa with understanding of regional markets & cultures.
• Knowledge of commercial kitchen ops and RO/water softening tech.
• Proven ability to grow distributor networks and manage complex accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building across cultures and stakeholders.
• Strong sales forecasting, pipeline management, and business planning capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% across MEA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional MEA sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
• Engage with foodservice consultants and designers to secure specifications during design phases.
• Strengthen distributor partnerships and manage key regional accounts and chains.
• Drive growth across core Antunes products including RO and water softening systems.
• Forecast accurately and provide updates on pipeline, acquisitions, and expenses.
• Collaborate with Technical Support, NPD, and global teams to align roadmaps.
• Travel across MEA to cultivate relationships and identify opportunities.
