Job summary

Responsibilities

Ensure a high-performing Sales & Service organization.
Achieve revenue, profit and growth targets with P&L responsibility.
Develop NETSTAL market position in the MEA region.
Lead and mentor team leaders to build leadership.
Implement NET Group strategy within the market.
Ensure compliance, quality, and financial stability.
Manage strategic customer relationships and represent the company in the market.
Drive processes, accountability and reporting.
Initiate and manage change and optimization projects.
