Job summary

LANDI Global Partnership in Dubai seeks a Regional Sales Manager (Middle East) to drive growth across the region, manage territory, accounts and partners, and lead end-to-end sales from market development to deal closure.

You will operate with autonomy, coordinating with Marketing, Technical, Legal, and Finance, and report on forecasts, opportunities, and performance using Salesforce. Fluency in English and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in POS systems, payment solutions, or cash register software.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain business within new accounts, achieving revenue, deliveries, margin and DSO targets; manage relationships with VARs, distributors, customers and partners.
• Drive business development by creating new opportunities with local partners and customers and cross-selling.
• Lead internal actions across Marketing, Technical, Legal, Customer Sales Administration, Security, Finance, Treasury and Operations to support partners/customers.
• Provide regular reporting including minutes, trips, monthly updates; forecast using SFDC; plan customer accounts and benchmark against competitors.
