Qualifications

• BS degree or higher in a technical, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in sales and sales management, with channel experience.
• Strong strategic thinker and capable of setting direction and accountability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales plans to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Mentor a team of Sales Account Managers and Technical Sales Engineers.
• Build and maintain distributor relationships; identify new partners to expand coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional and global initiatives.
• Support marketing efforts and relay market feedback to Product Management.
