Job summary

Trimble is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the MEA region to lead our Civil Construction Field Solutions sales across the MEA markets, with UAE focus. You will develop regional sales plans, mentor a team of Sales Account Managers and Technical Sales Engineers, and expand our distributor network.

The role requires a proven background in sales leadership and channel management within construction technology, plus strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• BS degree in technical engineering, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of successful sales and sales management experience, specifically in channel management.
• Visionary leader with ability to set strategy, gain alignment, and drive accountability.
• Deep understanding of construction domain and technology distribution dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of regional sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing staff of Sales Account Managers and Technical Sales Engineers.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with dealer principals and key management personnel within the distributor network.
• Identify and establish new distributor organizations to maximize market penetration across the entire product portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional strategies with global initiatives and customer needs.
• Support marketing initiatives and provide critical market feedback to the Product Management team.
