Job summary

Thales in the UAE is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales across the assigned territory, including UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Egypt, and Pakistan. You will develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and forecast growth.

The role requires closing multi-year deals, managing key partners, delivering compelling presentations, and working with channel managers to realize the business plan.

Qualifications

• To succeed at this job, you must be capable of closing multi-year deals and penetrating strategic targets.
• You must be fluent in English and able to lead customer discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor degree or above in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop and grow strategic prospects and existing customer relationships.
• Identify, qualify and quantify all opportunities.
• Submit Business Plan with GTM for each sector.
• Manage Key Partners with Channel Manager to execute the Business Plan.
• Develop and deliver accurate and technically correct sales presentations to potential customers.
• Manage all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to account plans.
• Deliver on objectives to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Sectors to be supported: Telco, Oil & gas, Education and aviation.
• Assigned Territory: UAE and surrounding region.
