Job summary

Zenith Gulf Security Systems LLC in Dubai seeks a seasoned Head of International Business Development – MEA to drive expansion across the Middle East and Africa (excluding GCC). You will lead market entry, engage with ministries and security agencies, and develop multimillion-dollar programs across diverse environments.

The role requires a builder mindset, establishing Zenith's presence in new territories, and extensive senior-level government sales experience. Arabic helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Senior-level sales leadership experience in homeland security, defense, or related government-facing sectors.
• Proven track record selling into government and institutional buyers in MEA outside GCC.
• Ability to build new government relationships and navigate procurement environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a MEA go-to-market strategy (ex-GCC).
• Lead high-level engagements with Ministries of Interior, law enforcement, and homeland security agencies.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue international opportunities outside core MEA remit.
• Manage full lifecycle: pipeline development, bids, negotiations, and contract closures.
• Build in-market channels and alliances with system integrators and security partners.
• Provide regular pipeline and market intelligence reporting to the Group CEO.
