Job summary

Axis Communications in Dubai is seeking a Regional Director for the Middle East & Africa to lead a growing unit with 70 employees and about €100 million in revenue. You will oversee Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, HR, Finance and Sales Operations, driving growth while upholding Axis values.

The role requires extensive travel and responsibility for regional strategy, budgeting and P&L. Fluent English is essential, and experience across diverse MEA markets is valued.

Qualifications

• University degree in business management or related field.
• >10 years of experience leading people and managers in international sales.
• Strong sales background, preferably in technology and indirect sales.
• Experience with budgeting and P&L responsibility.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of MEA language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MEA region across Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, HR, Finance and Sales Operations.
• Drive growth by executing Axis and EMEA strategies and adapting them to regional requirements.
• Oversee budgeting, P&L and performance of the regional unit with a team of managers.
• Collaborate with EMEA leadership, Axis HQ and regional offices to ensure compliant operations.
