Job summary

Axis Communications is based in Dubai and seeks a Regional Director to lead the MEA region, overseeing sales, marketing, HR, finance and operations with extensive travel. The role reports to the VP of EMEA and aims to drive growth by implementing Axis and EMEA strategies in a diverse, international context.

The candidate should have a university degree, 10+ years of leadership in international sales, a strong technology sales background with indirect channels, budgeting and P&L experience, and

Qualifications

• University degree in business management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading people and managers in an international sales environment.
• Strong sales background, preferably in technology and an indirect sales model.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEA regional business unit with ~€100 million revenue and 70 employees.
• Drive growth by executing Axis and EMEA strategies while adapting to regional requirements.
• Oversee budgeting and P&L with support from experienced managers.
• Collaborate with EMEA leadership and regional offices across MEA.
• Report to the VP of EMEA.
