Job summary

Axis Communications seeks a Regional Director for the Middle East & Africa to lead the MEA business unit based in Dubai, with travel across the region. You will drive sales, operations and strategy, manage P&L and budget, and report to the Vice President of EMEA.

You will build and mentor teams across sales, marketing, HR and finance, foster cross-cultural collaboration and ensure compliant, high-performance execution of Axis strategies in diverse markets.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years of experience successfully leading people in international sales environments.
• Strong sales background, preferably in technology and an indirect sales model.
• Experience with budgeting and P&L responsibility.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of MEA languages is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MEA region with responsibility for growth, revenue and people.
• Drive Axis and EMEA strategies while adapting to regional requirements; manage budget and P&L.
• Collaborate with regional offices and headquarters to ensure compliant, high-performing operations.
