Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years in Learning & Development.
• Experience designing and delivering development interventions.
• Experience in the Middle East learning environment.

Responsabilidades

• Implement Group L&D strategy at regional level, adapt as needed.
• Deliver key Group programmes using regional expertise and external partners.
• Drive Group talent management initiatives and ME graduate programme alignment.
• Identify and manage external training providers to deliver需求 learning.
• Monitor impact of learning solutions to ensure design intent and business value.
• Coordinate training arrangements and deliver engaging, high-value sessions.
