Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group in Dubai seeks a Product Marketing Director to lead the products and marketing teams, delivering a winning product range to our sales teams and supporting it with an effective communication strategy. You will report to the VP & Head of AAOS Middle East, define lifecycle processes, drive growth, and deploy tools to improve commercial efficiency across the region.

The role demands proven leadership, strategic thinking, and fluency in English; Arabic is a plus, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Proved experience managing and developing high performance teams.
• Solid knowledge of products in the door & hardware sector.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; Arabic speaking is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop & implement product strategies to deliver growth and market share in the Middle East.
• Establish and implement a lifecycle process for product ranges.
• Define and roll out a comprehensive communication strategy to support sales objectives.
• Select and deploy commercial tools to drive efficiency and data-driven decisions.
• Lead and motivate the marketing team; set clear goals and expectations.
• Monitor performance with key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
• Provide training and development; support career progression with mentorship.
• Develop strategic plans for product expansion with market analysis and prioritization.
• Execute expansion initiatives to drive regional growth; collaborate across departments.
• Foster a collaborative environment and coordinate with sales, finance, operations.
