Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Channel Strategy Operations Manager for the Middle East & Africa region based in Dubai. The role drives the execution of ISG channel programs across MEA, collaborating with distributors, resellers, and global stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery and governance.

The ideal candidate brings extensive channel sales, partner management, and business development experience within IT, with strong cross-functional leadership and readiness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field; MBA considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of strategic ISG channel initiatives with governance and milestone tracking.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution excellence.
• Expand and optimize the ISG distribution ecosystem to support the One Lenovo model across MEA.
• Drive channel expansion by onboarding new partners and developing the broader partner ecosystem.
• Act as the primary contact for ISG channel enablement across the MEA region.
• Design, implement, and manage channel programs and incentives while ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate partner trainings, channel engagements, policy implementation, and sales process integration.
• Support ISG growth through strategic engagement with distributors, resellers, ISVs, and key partners.
