Confidential Careers seeks an experienced Sales Manager – Mechanical to lead the Mechanical Fire Protection Sales Division in the UAE. You will drive business growth, manage a high-performing team and secure projects across the country.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years UAE sales experience in Fire Protection or mechanical systems, a Mechanical Engineering degree, and a proven record of multi-million AED sales with a strong network of consultants, developers and government clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8–12 years of UAE sales experience in Fire Protection or mechanical systems.
• Minimum 3 years leading a sales team.
• Strong NFPA standards and UAE Civil Defence knowledge.
• Proven major accounts management and multi-million AED targets.
• Strong network with consultants, contractors, developers and government clients.
• Business development and project sales proven track record.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical, planning and leadership abilities.
• UAE Driving Licence mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identifying and securing new projects across the UAE.
• Building relationships with consultants, developers, MEP/EPC contractors, government authorities and end users.
• Expanding opportunities in commercial, industrial and infrastructure sectors.
• Leading and developing the sales team to exceed targets.
• Managing key accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Preparing forecasts, budgets, pipeline reports and business plans.
• Collaborating with estimation, engineering and project teams on proposals.
• Monitoring market trends, competitors and opportunities.
• Negotiating contracts and closing high-value projects.
• Driving initiatives to increase market share and profitability.
