Job summary

Databricks is expanding in the Middle East and Africa with a new Abu Dhabi hub, seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to manage strategic MEA customers. You will sell data platform value, influence C-level buyers, and lead complex deals to closure while coordinating with field engineering for client outcomes.

You report to a regional Sales Director and will drive territory plans, stakeholder mapping, and forecast accuracy in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess territory and develop an execution strategy.
• Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets.
• Track customer details and forecasting in Salesforce.
• Identify new use-case opportunities and showcase value to clients.
• Promote Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
• Coordinate with field engineering to ensure client success.
• Demonstrate value to guide negotiations and close deals.
