Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Distribution Account Manager in Dubai to scale two-tier distribution across the Middle East. You will own distributor relationships, onboard partners, and drive demand generation with MDF/SPIFF while aligning with regional sales leadership.

The role requires 8+ years in distribution and partner management, strong negotiation and executive-facing skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

8+ years in distribution and/or partner management within a two-tier GTM model.
Proven ability to recruit and develop strategic partners through distribution.
Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure, SaaS and cybersecurity solutions, at a cloud-native company.

Responsibilities

Own the distribution-led go-to-market in the region and build a scalable partner ecosystem.
Recruit and onboard two-tier partners—VARs and MSSPs—through distributors.
Drive distributor- and partner-led business planning with top distributor resellers.
Lead MDF/SPIFF-based demand generation and partner enablement.
Own the distribution pipeline, forecast, manage the sales process, and hit targets.
Coordinate account planning with distributors and ensure executive alignment with stakeholders.
