Job summary

Mizuho is seeking a Relationship Manager for corporate clients in the MEA region. The role focuses on generating profit, building a robust business pipeline, and delivering sophisticated financial solutions to existing customers and prospects.

The candidate will act as the primary contact for select clients, coordinating with various internal departments to maximise group profitability while managing credit risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to innovate and solve problems.
• Collaborative team player with banking industry knowledge.
• High computer literacy with data manipulation/presentation skills.
• Language skills are a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact point for select corporate clients in the MEA region.
• Generate profit and build business pipelines to contribute to revenue.
• Provide extensive financial solutions to existing customers and prospects.
• Originate business and coordinate processes with relevant departments to maximise group profit.
• Oversee credit risk understanding and compliance with internal procedures.
• Ensure contracts/documentation align with internal/external lawyers and regulations.
• Adhere to DFSA, FCA, JFSA regulations and internal policies.
