Job summary

Remote DXB in Dubai is seeking an experienced B2B marketing leader to drive channel marketing strategies, grow pipeline and manage multi-partner campaigns across digital and physical channels. You will roll out NPIs, optimize the customer journey, and collaborate with sales to boost revenue.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B marketing, strong ABM and analytics skills, and proficiency with AI-driven marketing tools, with excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing
• Proven track record in pipeline growth and lead/funnel generation
• Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and data-led optimization
• Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and targeted demand generation
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into strategic actions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Define and execute channel marketing strategies to drive demand and increase product visibility
• Manage annual marketing plans, budgets, and joint campaigns with strategic channel partners
• Roll out central marketing campaigns, promotions, and New Product Introductions (NPIs)
• Improve the end-user buying experience across digital platforms and physical outlets
• Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs for high-value customers
• Leverage AI-powered tools to optimize segmentation and campaign performance
• Partner with channel and field sales teams to contribute to pipeline and revenue
• Manage co-op budgets and track ROI/ROAS and pipeline growth
