Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking a Marketing Lead to drive revenue growth through performance-focused initiatives in the UAE. You will manage lead generation, optimize the funnel from awareness to sale, and collaborate with the sales team to enhance lead quality.

You will oversee campaigns on Meta, Google, and Marketplace, lead a team across Content, Ads, Design, and PR, and coordinate weekly with sales and customer service to reduce deal failures and boost conversions.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by achieving targets for lead generation and marketing-driven revenue.
• Manage and optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to sale, collaborating with the sales team to improve lead quality.
• Oversee advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and Marketplace.
• Lead the marketing team consisting of Content, Ads, Design, and PR.
• Coordinate weekly with sales and customer service to improve lead quality and address deal failures.
