Job summary

Uniphore in Dubai is seeking an experienced, hands-on Marketing Manager to drive regional marketing across the Middle East from our Dubai office. You will partner with regional Sales leadership to translate priorities into campaigns, content, and programs that build pipeline and support revenue goals.

You’ll design multi-channel campaigns, ABM programs, regional events, and track funnel performance while tailoring global messaging for local audiences. Travel as needed to events.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B field marketing experience.
• Proven ability to drive pipeline through campaigns.
• Strong collaboration with Sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional marketing plan for Middle East.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, partner co-marketing, ABM).
• Lead account-based marketing campaigns targeting priority accounts.
• Plan and execute regional events, including industry conferences and executive briefings.
• Track and report on the regional funnel and progress against revenue goals.
• Gather market insights to inform positioning and local messaging.
