Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking an experienced CCB Middle East & Africa Cash Management Sales Officer to grow cash revenues for MEA clients with international presence.

You will partner with RMs to identify client needs, structure holistic treasury solutions, and manage cross-regional deals through the sales cycle. The role requires strong relationship building, deep knowledge of transaction banking, and the ability to lead RFPs and client pitches while collaborating with Global Relationship,

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly identify problems and solutions leveraging transaction banking & trade product propositions.

Responsibilities

• Make Citi the go-to international banking partner for client segments.
• Identify client challenges and provide holistic treasury solutions to grow efficiency.
• Build a pipeline with the Global Relationship team and Product teams for deal conversion.
• Regularly track deal pipeline and review implementation and revenue realization.
• Foster relationships with regional/global product teams to build client-centric solutions.
• Drive cash deals from origination to execution in collaboration with RMs.
• Identify cross-regional client segments with potential cash opportunities and tailor solutions.
• Lead initiatives and events to deepen Citi Services Solutions and client relationships.
• Work with product, sales and implementation teams to execute deals won.
• Increase customer volumes and revenues in a dynamic environment.
• Provide feedback to Product, Technology & Ops for improvements.
