Job summary

Mashreq is seeking an experienced Cash Management Sales and Solutions professional to lead advisory engagements with CIBG and IBG clients across the region. You will act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and Treasurers on liquidity, payments, and structure optimization, driving revenue through value-led approaches rather than pure transactions.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in cash management, treasury advisory, or related banking roles.
• Strong executive presence and credible advisory communication.
• Ability to translate complex treasury concepts into client solutions.
• Experience in advisory or solution-oriented sales servicing corporate clients.
• Solid understanding of liquidity management, collections, payments, and treasury structures.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets by selling cash management solutions.
• Develop account plans and identify high-potential prospects.
