Mashreq in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a senior sales leader to drive cash management revenues for the PEE division. You will win mandates from high-quality corporate clients, attract liabilities, and lead commercialization across divisions region-wide.

Role requires 7–10 years in cash management business development, strong relationship management, and executive presence. You will develop sales strategies, account plans, and collaborate with Product and Coverage teams to deliver

Formación

• 7-10 years of solid cash management business development experience.
• Strong product knowledge in collections, payments and liquidity management.
• Experience selling cash management across multiple corporate segments.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales targets by identifying high value targets and managing fees and margins.
• Identify opportunities within target market and develop strategy with Global Sales Head.
• Prepare account plans for high-opportunity names with revenue potential.
• Drive sales calling and maintain a robust deal pipeline.
• Understand client needs and position Mashreq offerings accordingly.
• Develop solutions with Product and clients to meet needs.
• Provide feedback to Product on market and client needs for new offerings.
• Prepare proposals and presentations matching client needs and pitch to clients.
• Secure mandates and refine pricing to win deals.
• Ensure deal activation and handover to Implementation team; monitor revenue progress.
