Job summary

RINA in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Middle East Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand opportunities within the Middle East and India Engineering Commercial Management Division. You will lead the sales pipeline, negotiate major contracts, support tenders and quotations, and develop alliances while managing relationships with current and prospective clients.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and Master’s Degree in Economics are required, with 5–8 years of relevant experience

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in business development or sales roles.
• 5-8 years or more of relevant experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation skills with clients, partners, and vendors.
• Analytical mindset to assess market trends and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with CRM systems to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and expand business opportunities in assigned markets.
• Manage order intake pipeline and monitor KPIs.
