Job summary

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company is seeking a senior Marine Services professional to lead strategic planning, market analysis and business development initiatives. You will manage opportunities, drive customer acquisition and coordinate tenders for growth across the Marine Services portfolio.

The role requires extensive experience in contracts, procurement, risk management and financial evaluation, with excellent negotiation and reporting skills in English.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.
• 10-12 years of experience in business planning, contracts, tendering, commercial evaluation, financial analysis or marine operations support.
• Proficient in English; ability to prepare clear reports, business cases and management presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain company long- and short-term strategic plans, including management information and KPIs.
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to evaluate performance and improvement opportunities.
• Identify and develop new Marine Services business opportunities and growth initiatives.
• Establish and maintain a Marine Services opportunity pipeline with target customers and expected value.
• Drive customer acquisition by engaging prospective clients and converting qualified leads.
• Coordinate tender responses, commercial proposals, and pricing assumptions to improve bid quality.
• Track growth targets, tenders submitted, contracts awarded, and revenue from new business.
• Develop annual growth targets with Senior Management and coordinate with departments.
