Job summary

RINA is recruiting a Middle East Business Support Advisor based in Abu Dhabi to support administrative tasks from customer creation to invoice issuance. You will work within the Middle East and India Engineering Commercial Management division, ensuring accurate data, timely processing, and clear customer communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business support, customer service or related admin role.
• Strong skills in managing customer data and inquiries.
• Experience with offer, contract and order processing.
• Familiarity with invoicing and payments is a plus.
• Attention to detail for contracts, orders, invoices and records.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer data records and keep them up-to-date.
• Assist with inserting offers in internal systems and provide documents.
• Process contracts and customer orders accurately and timely.
• Generate and verify invoices; address inquiries and discrepancies.
• Monitor payments and coordinate with finance for timely processing.
• Remind and collect timesheets from technical staff as required.
• Communicate with customers on product, service and order status.
• Resolve billing or order issues in collaboration with other departments.
• Maintain compliant documentation of communications, transactions and invoices.
