Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Mathematics in improving departmental teaching and learning standards.
- Provide practical guidance to Primary and Secondary Mathematics teachers.
- Help teachers strengthen subject knowledge, pedagogy, and classroom delivery.
- Conduct lesson observations and provide clear developmental feedback.
- Identify areas of teaching practice that require additional coaching or support.
- Assist teachers in preparing effective daily and weekly lesson plans.
- Recommend appropriate instructional strategies for different Mathematics topics and learner needs.
