Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve material submittals related to civil and structural works
• Evaluate materials to ensure compliance with project specifications technical requirements and local authority regulations
• Select test and approve construction materials with a focus on quality and regulatory compliance
• Ensure compliance with UAE and international standards

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in material engineering with 3-5 years in the UAE within a consulting firm environment
• Proven experience in luxury residential and high-rise construction projects in the UAE
• In-depth knowledge of UAE construction codes and local authority requirements (e.g. Dubai Municipality ADM DDA)
