Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in Variable Frequency Drives, motor control solutions or industrial automation.
• Strong strategic thinking with commercial acumen and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and portfolio management.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the VFD portfolio strategy.
• Develop product roadmaps for LV, MV, and specialized drive solutions.
• Manage offer lifecycle including launch, enhancement and phase-out.
• Lead market research and competitive benchmarking.
• Own growth, profitability, and market share targets for the VFD portfolio.
• Support pricing strategy and margin optimization.
• Develop business cases for new product introductions.
• Track portfolio performance and take corrective actions.
• Engage with customers, consultants, OEMs, EPCs and channel partners.
• Lead product launches and go-to-market execution.
• Create sales enablement tools and marketing collateral.
