Job Title:

Marketing Executive

Salary:

AED 10,000 per month all incls.

Role Purpose

We are looking for a creative and commercially driven Marketing Executive to support and execute memorable marketing campaigns in line with strategic objectives. This role will focus heavily on promoting golf and leisure products across the UAE, with special emphasis on digital platforms and mobile app marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Execution
  • Support the development and execution of short- and long-term golf and leisure marketing campaigns.
  • Deliver commercially focused campaigns aligned with business and brand positioning.
  • Assist in planning promotions, seasonal offers, and event marketing initiatives.
  • Deliver members and guests communications using our main channels as social, newsletter, WhatsApp.
Digital & Social Media Management
  • Manage golf-related social media channels across platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
  • Schedule and publish content using tools like Sprinklr.
  • Develop and execute a strong social media strategy to increase brand engagement and visibility.
  • Maintain and update content calendars.
  • Monitor performance and continuously optimize engagement strategies.
Content Creation & Creative Development
  • Create golf-related videography and photography content.
  • Design marketing collateral and creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite or InDesign or Canva.
  • Support designers by briefing artwork requirements while ensuring brand consistency.
Website & Performance Marketing
  • Support the redesign and ongoing development of the golf and leisure websites.
  • Ensure all website pages remain up to date.
  • Drive traffic through SEO strategies and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize website performance and conversions.
PR, Media & External Coordination
  • Plan and distribute monthly press releases related to events and activities.
  • Liaise with creative agencies, media partners, and vendors.
  • Coordinate film and photo shoots while managing on-site logistics and commercial usage.
Internal Coordination
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective communication of promotions and activities.
  • Ensure front-of-house areas are updated with current promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with operations teams for campaign execution.
Events & Tournaments
  • Attend and support golf or padel tournaments, corporate events, and promotional activities.
  • Assist with event communications, photography, and invite coordination.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of marketing experience (preferably in golf, hospitality, sports, or leisure)
  • Strong knowledge of social media management platforms
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of CRM tools and email marketing
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and paid advertising (Google Ads)
  • Strong reporting, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if required
  • Based in Dubai or open to relocation to the UAE
