About the job Marketing & Events Executive (Temp)
Temporary Marketing & Events Executive

Timings:8:00AM – 5:00PM (Monday to Friday) with 1 hour lunch break

Location: Dubai

Contract: Temporary – 3 months

Start: Immediate

Visa: Candidates with their own visa (Dependent, freelance visa, etc.) will be considered.

ROLE PURPOSE

We are seeking a highly execution-focused Temporary Marketing & Events Executive todeliver participation in a major international trade show and run multiple parallelmarketing initiatives during a critical period of activity.This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, structured, calm under pressure, and able to operate with high autonomy under senior-level supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Events & Trade Shows
  • Execute the planning and on-ground delivery of a major international trade show (February)
  • Coordinate suppliers, agencies, internal stakeholders, and logistics end-to-end
  • Manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables to tight deadlines
  • Support execution of other events during the contract period as required
Marketing Execution
  • Support the website renewal project (content coordination, timelines, agency follow‑ups)
  • Independently execute elements of 360 degrees marketing communication, and event-related initiatives
  • Coordinate with creative and social media agencies to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Track tasks, flag risks early, and ensure nothing slips and develop reports
Stakeholder Coordination
  • Act as a central execution point between internal teams, agencies, and suppliers
  • Ensure clear communication, follow‑ups, and accountability across all workstreams
WORKING STYLE & EXPECTATIONS
  • High level of independence with high-level supervision
  • Minimal hand-holding – strong ability to self‑organize and prioritize
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
  • Clear communicator who escalates issues early and constructively
REQUIRED PROFILE
  • 6 years of experience in marketing, events, or communications
  • Proven experience delivering events or campaigns end-to-end

  • Confident working with agencies and multiple stakeholders

  • Based in Dubai and available immediately
  • Experience with trade shows, exhibitions, or large-scale events
  • Familiarity with website or digital project coordination
  • Experience working in matrixed or high-governance environment
