Job summary

Salt is seeking a Marketing Data & Analytics Manager to build a new measurement function in the UAE. You will define KPIs, baselines and targets, and deliver dashboards used by senior leadership to drive strategy across a growing portfolio of businesses.

You will own attribution, experimentation, and governance, with hands-on work in GA4/GTM, Power BI or Tableau, and SQL. Arabic familiarity is a plus as is GCC/multi-brand experience.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in marketing analytics or BI (client-side, agency or consulting).
• Experience building KPI frameworks, dashboards and executive reporting.
• Ability to turn complex data into a clear story for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build the measurement framework: KPIs, baselines and targets everyone agrees on.
• Create executive dashboards and reporting that leadership actually uses.
• Analyse campaigns, channels and media to sharpen spend and impact.
• Lead attribution, A/B testing and experimentation.
• Set data, tracking and governance standards across the group and its portfolio companies.
• Automate reporting and use AI to get to insight faster.
