Job summary

Unilever Arabia is seeking an Assistant Manager – Data & BI to own the commercial data, BI and analytics ecosystem for CBD. You will manage data ingestion, ETL, modelling and master data, delivering dashboards, automated reports and insights that inform growth, market share, pricing and customer performance across 6 GCC markets.

You will lead a small team of analysts, collaborate with CBDs and CSPs, and drive end‑to‑end data solutions from pipelines to Power BI governance for 300+ business users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Business or related field.
• 7+ years in BI, analytics or data roles, preferably FMCG/retail/ecommerce.
• Strong Power BI, SQL and Python skills; data modelling and DAX proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a 1,700+ data file estate with daily, weekly and monthly refresh cycles.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards and data models for regional commercial insights.
• Lead a team of analysts (up to 6) and drive data governance across markets.
• Partner with CBDs and CSPs to enable Joint Business Planning and reviews.
