Job summary

Inspire Selection, on behalf of a leading GCC consumer-focused business, seeks a Growth Analytics & Customer Intelligence Manager in Dubai. This strategic role focuses on turning customer and business data into actionable growth across loyalty, CRM, digital and engagement ecosystems.

You will lead predictive analytics, AI-led personalisation and growth strategies, working closely with commercial, product, Martech and technology teams to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience within customer analytics, growth analytics, business intelligence or advanced analytics.
• Strong background within retail, ecommerce, loyalty, digital or customer-centric environments.
• Experience working with predictive analytics, customer segmentation, forecasting and experimentation frameworks.
• Exposure to AI-driven personalisation and machine learning applications.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and strong understanding of analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker
• Python or R experience is highly advantageous

Salary: AED 35,000 per month

We are currently representing a leading consumer-focused business in the GCC that is looking to appoint a Growth Analytics & Customer Intelligence Manager.

This is a strategic leadership role focused on turning customer and business data into actionable commercial growth strategies across loyalty, CRM, digital and customer engagement ecosystems.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving customer intelligence, predictive analytics, AI-led personalisation and growth strategy across the organisation while partnering closely with commercial, product, Martech, loyalty and technology teams.
