Role Context The Manager - Talent and Culture will operate as a strategic talent partner embedded closely with business leaders and People and Culture teams. The role is responsible for turning central talent and culture frameworks into practical, locally relevant initiatives that improve leadership capability, employee experience, organizational health, and business performance. This position also plays an important role in AI enablement by helping teams adopt new digital tools, learning practices, and ways of working. Success depends on combining strategic judgment with strong execution, using data to diagnose organizational needs, and building trusted relationships across markets, functions, and leadership groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior business leaders and People and Culture teams to embed talent and culture priorities across functions and markets.
  • Translate business strategy into practical talent, leadership, culture, and organizational health plans.
  • Act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders on talent priorities, capability needs, and people-related business risks.
  • Drive execution across the full talent lifecycle, including development, performance, learning, employee experience, and organizational health.
  • Adapt central Talent and Culture frameworks so they remain consistent while reflecting local business realities.
  • Maintain close visibility across teams and markets to understand operational challenges, workforce needs, and leadership priorities.
  • Use organizational data and employee insights to identify patterns, risks, capability gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop clear recommendations and action plans based on talent and organizational health findings.
  • Partner with leaders to improve team effectiveness, leadership quality, culture, and long-term organizational resilience.
  • Support high-quality talent decisions that balance immediate business requirements with future capability needs.
  • Deploy learning and development programs designed by central teams and ensure effective adoption within assigned business areas.
  • Lead AI enablement initiatives through talent, learning, and culture programs that help employees adopt new technology and smarter ways of working.
  • Promote practical use of digital tools and AI-enabled people practices across supported functions.
  • Monitor adoption and effectiveness of talent, learning, culture, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Ensure people programs are delivered consistently and at scale without losing necessary flexibility.
  • Act as the voice of the business to the central Talent and Culture team by sharing market insights, implementation feedback, and emerging needs.
  • Lead and coach Talent Partners, setting clear priorities and strengthening delivery standards.
  • Build a high-performance team environment through regular feedback, mentoring, development, and accountability.
  • Coordinate multiple talent and culture workstreams while maintaining quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Influence senior stakeholders constructively and challenge decisions where required to protect organizational health and talent outcomes.
Ideal Profile

Candidates should bring at least eight years of experience across Talent Management, Learning and Development, Employee Experience, Culture, or closely related people functions. Strong experience in a talent partnering or business partnering model is essential, together with a proven ability to work with senior leaders and influence decisions across multiple functions. Candidates should understand the complete talent lifecycle and know how to convert people strategy into measurable business outcomes. The role requires practical experience in areas such as talent development, leadership capability, learning, employee experience, culture transformation, and organizational health. A strong analytical mindset is important, including the ability to interpret data and turn insights into clear recommendations and business narratives. Previous people leadership experience is required, with the ability to coach and develop a team in a fast-moving environment. The successful candidate should also be comfortable with digital innovation, AI-enabled people practices, and new ways of working. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills are essential, particularly when working with senior leaders across different markets and business contexts.
