Manager - Marketing Automation in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is a senior Package-Freight Delivery opportunity focused on expanding Amazon’s hub delivery model across Africa, the Middle East, and Turkey. The role will lead regional marketing strategy, customer acquisition, partner recruitment, campaign automation, performance measurement, and go‑to‑market execution. The successful candidate will build scalable acquisition systems that attract delivery partners and customers across diverse AMET markets. This position combines strategic marketing leadership with hands‑on campaign execution, automation design, analytics, localization, and cross‑functional program management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive go‑to‑market strategies for Amazon hub delivery expansion across the AMET region.
- Create market‑entry plans covering customer acquisition, partner recruitment, brand positioning, market penetration, and long‑term brand equity.
- Adapt regional marketing strategies to the commercial, cultural, language, and regulatory requirements of individual markets.
- Lead the development, localization, approval, and deployment of regional campaign assets.
- Design and execute integrated campaigns across digital advertising, social media, email, web, content, and traditional media.
- Coordinate campaign planning with product, operations, business development, technology, and commercial teams.
- Build automated acquisition funnels that attract, qualify, nurture, and convert prospective delivery partners.
- Configure scalable partner journeys using marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management systems.
- Improve lead routing, scoring, segmentation, follow‑up communications, and conversion tracking.
- Establish performance‑marketing frameworks with measurable acquisition, engagement, conversion, and cost‑efficiency targets.
- Define key performance indicators for customer and partner acquisition campaigns.
- Develop attribution models that identify the channels, campaigns, and audience segments producing the strongest results.
- Monitor marketing expenditure and optimize budget allocation based on return on investment and acquisition performance.
- Build automated business intelligence dashboards that provide timely visibility into regional marketing results.
- Analyze customer and partner behavior to identify new market opportunities, conversion barriers, and campaign improvements.
- Conduct A‑B testing across messaging, creative assets, landing pages, audience groups, channels, and acquisition journeys.
- Use campaign data and experimentation results to improve targeting, lead quality, conversion rates, and marketing efficiency.
- Apply customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting techniques to improve communication relevance.
- Lead cross‑functional marketing initiatives involving product, technology, operations, and business teams.
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, creative vendors, technology providers, and marketing partners.
- Maintain clear campaign schedules, ownership plans, approval processes, risk logs, and performance reports.
- Present marketing strategy, regional insights, campaign results, and investment recommendations to senior leadership.
- Develop scalable processes that can be repeated across multiple countries without compromising local relevance.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, data analytics, or a related discipline.
- At least 6 years of professional non‑internship marketing experience.
- Proven experience building, executing, and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs.
- Experience leading go‑to‑market strategies for consumer software, hardware, digital services, logistics, or delivery‑related launches.
- Strong background in digital marketing, customer acquisition, lead generation, or partner recruitment.
- Practical experience working with marketing agencies and external creative or technology vendors.
- Regional experience across Africa, the Middle East, Turkey, or other culturally diverse international markets.
- Experience working within a multinational organization is strongly preferred.
- Exposure to supply chain, logistics, last‑mile delivery, transportation, or hub operations is advantageous.
- Experience using data, performance indicators, and customer insights to improve marketing outcomes.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, macros, and data manipulation.
- Experience using Tableau or comparable business intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management systems.
- Ability to develop acquisition funnels, lead‑nurturing journeys, segmentation models, and automated communications.
- Experience creating marketing dashboards, attribution frameworks, and return‑on‑investment reporting.
- Strong analytical judgment with the ability to convert complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for data extraction and analysis is preferred.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, behavioral profiling, targeting, and campaign experimentation.
- Strong project‑management skills with the ability to manage several markets and workstreams simultaneously.
- Confident communication and presentation skills for influencing senior stakeholders.
