Role Context

The Product Manager - Supply Chain Automation will support the development of intelligent tools that help operations teams make faster, more accurate, and more scalable supply chain decisions. Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and support full-stack applications that improve supply chain optimization, automation, and operational decision-making.
  • Build scalable backend services using technologies such as Java, Python, Node.js, and cloud-native services on AWS infrastructure.
  • Develop responsive and high-performing frontend applications using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, and modern web development frameworks.
  • Create intuitive user interfaces that help operations teams access insights, complete workflows, and make faster supply chain decisions.
  • Architect and implement data pipelines using lakehouse architecture and Apache Iceberg to support large-scale analytical use cases.

  • Review operational feedback and product usage patterns to improve tools, interfaces, automation logic, and data products.
  • Support deployment, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of supply chain applications and automation systems.
Ideal Profile
  • Experience in product management, technical program management, software development, supply chain technology, automation, or data-intensive systems.
  • Strong understanding of full-stack application development, backend services, frontend frameworks, data pipelines, and cloud-based architecture.
  • Hands-on exposure to Java, Python, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Redux, or similar modern software development tools is valuable.
  • Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and large-scale data systems such as Amazon Redshift, S3, EMR, Apache Iceberg, or lakehouse platforms.
  • Ability to work with massive datasets and convert data findings into operational insights and product improvements.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data mining, reporting, root-cause analysis, and process optimization.
  • Understanding of supply chain operations, inventory flow, planning, fulfillment, logistics, or automation use cases is an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and align teams around product goals.
