Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Manager – Fleet On & Off Boarding in Dubai to lead end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of the fleet. You will ensure vehicles are ready, compliant, and accurately documented, coordinating with operations, maintenance, procurement, finance, and licensing teams.

The role demands 8+ years in fleet management, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering against KPIs and SLAs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fleet Management, Transport, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in fleet management, transportation, mobility, logistics, or asset operations.
• Experience in fleet onboarding, offboarding, vehicle lifecycle management, or fleet transition activities.
• Strong leadership, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against KPIs and SLAs.
• UAE transportation, fleet or mobility experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fleet onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across fleet operations, maintenance, procurement, finance, contracts, licensing, and other relevant teams.
• Ensure vehicles are prepared, inspected, documented, registered, and operationally ready.
• Oversee vehicle deactivation, transfer, withdrawal, and offboarding per approved procedures.
• Monitor onboarding/offboarding plans, timelines, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Prepare management reports and provide regular updates on fleet onboarding and offboarding performance.
• Lead, manage, and develop the team responsible for fleet onboarding and offboarding activities.

A leading transportation and mobility company in the UAE is seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager – Fleet On & Off Boarding to lead and oversee the effective onboarding and offboarding of vehicles across the fleet.

The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of introducing, transferring, activating, deactivating, and offboarding vehicles, ensuring operational readiness, compliance, efficiency, and proper control throughout the fleet lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end fleet onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate with Fleet Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, Finance, Contracts, Licensing, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure vehicles are properly prepared, inspected, documented, registered, and operationally ready before deployment.
• Oversee vehicle deactivation, transfer, withdrawal, and offboarding in line with approved procedures.
• Monitor fleet onboarding and offboarding plans, timelines, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of fleet records, systems, documentation, and asset status.
• Identify operational gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve fleet lifecycle efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and contractual obligations.
• Establish effective controls to minimize delays, operational disruptions, and asset-related risks.
• Prepare management reports and provide regular updates on fleet onboarding and offboarding performance.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fleet Management, Transport, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in fleet management, transportation, mobility, logistics, or asset operations.
• Proven experience in fleet onboarding, offboarding, vehicle lifecycle management, or fleet transition activities.
• Strong understanding of fleet operations, vehicle documentation, compliance, and asset management.
• Proven ability to work across multiple functions and manage complex operational processes.
• Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against defined KPIs and SLAs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• UAE transportation, fleet, or mobility experience is an advantage.
