Job summary

Confidential Careers in the UAE seeks a hands-on Supervisor – Workforce Mobilization to coordinate workforce mobilization and ensure fleet, drivers, and supervisors readiness in line with service schedules and operational plans.

You will collaborate with Operations, HR, Recruitment, Fleet, and other stakeholders to secure the right people and resources, monitor readiness and deployments, and drive continuous improvement in mobilization processes for large-scale mobility operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in workforce mobilization and related operations.
• Strong experience in transportation, mobility, fleet operations or large-scale environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate deployment and readiness of a large workforce including drivers and supervisors.
• Solid understanding of workforce planning, deployment, scheduling, and resource allocation.

A leading transportation and mobility company seeking an experienced and highly organized Supervisor – Workforce Mobilization to support its large-scale transportation and mobility operations.

The role will focus on coordinating workforce mobilization and ensuring the operational readiness of the fleet, drivers, and supervisors in line with business requirements, service schedules, and operational plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate workforce mobilization, deployment, transfer, and demobilization activities.
• Ensure the readiness and timely deployment of the fleet, drivers, and supervisors in line with operational requirements, service schedules, and mobilization plans.
• Coordinate manpower requirements with Operations, HR, Recruitment, Fleet, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure the required workforce is available and deployment-ready to support daily and planned transportation operations.
• Monitor workforce readiness, deployment schedules, manpower movements, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate the allocation and deployment of drivers and supervisors based on operational and fleet requirements.
• Identify workforce shortages, deployment gaps, readiness issues, and operational challenges, and ensure timely corrective action.
• Support workforce planning based on fleet size, vehicle types, routes, services, and changing operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate workforce, deployment, attendance, readiness, and mobilization records and reports.
• Monitor mobilization performance and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Support continuous improvement of workforce mobilization processes, operational efficiency, and resource utilization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in workforce mobilization, manpower planning, workforce coordination, transportation operations, fleet operations, or a similar environment.
• Strong experience in transportation, mobility, fleet operations, or large-scale operational environments.
• Experience working with large and diverse fleets comprising multiple vehicle types and operational categories.
• Proven experience coordinating the deployment and readiness of a large workforce, including drivers and operational supervisors.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, deployment, scheduling, resource allocation, and operational coordination.
• Ability to manage changing manpower requirements and respond effectively to operational demands.
• Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, fleet management, or other large-scale mobility operations is highly desirable.
