Job summary

Atlantis Resorts in Dubai is seeking an Imperial Club Agent for luxury guest services across arrival, stay, and departure. You will manage front office tasks, concierge requests, and cash handling to ensure a seamless guest journey in a five-star environment.

The role requires experience in luxury hospitality, strong communication, and cross-department coordination with Opera Cloud experience preferred. Arabic or Russian language skills are a plus for our international guest base.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury guest services or concierge roles in five-star hotels.
• Proficiency with Opera Cloud preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking in high-demand settings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Imperial Club guests and provide attentive service from arrival through departure.
• Complete guest check-in procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Manage check-out processes while ensuring billing details are correct and clearly communicated.
• Process cashiering transactions according to established financial and security procedures.
• Maintain accurate handling of cash, payment cards, room charges, and related transactions.
• Provide concierge assistance and practical information about resort services, dining, leisure, and guest experiences.
• Anticipate individual guest preferences and coordinate personalized assistance where possible.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Food and Beverage, and other departments to fulfill requests.
