Job summary

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is seeking a Spa Treatment Supervisor to lead the Spa & Wellness team and ensure exceptional guest experiences across all treatments.

Based in the luxury Spa area, you will supervise therapists, drive service standards, manage training, over-see stock and hygiene, and contribute to marketing and events while maintaining peak guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, massage techniques, body treatments, and wellness services.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team of Spa Therapists.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa by therapists.
• Coordinate with Learning & Development for training requirements and attend meetings.
• Oversee stock control, orders of professional products, amenities and tools.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms per regulations.
• Assist and perform demonstrations and events.
• Motivate therapists and report on ambience/morale to Spa Operations Manager.
• Set example to all therapists and lead upselling initiatives.
• Perform all treatments to the highest standards and follow SOPs.
